RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Qualified goods can be returned or exchanged within 30 days upon receipt in unused, intact original packaging, excluding final-sale, promotional and complimentary items.If items arrive defective or incorrect, HippieRoam covers return shipping fees after service approval. For customer-caused wrong size/unsuitable picks, buyers bear both-way shipping costs for refund (item price only) or exchange. COD returns are rejected, and address revisions are unavailable post shipment.Initiate returns via customer service with order info and relevant evidence to get the return address. After warehouse inspection, approved refunds take 3–5 business days to revert to the original payment method.
Cotton & Linen: Machine wash warm, tumble low. Iron while damp. Avoid bleach.
Denim: Wash cold inside out, mild spin. Air dry. Wash sparingly to preserve color.
Chiffon & Lace: Hand wash cold or gentle cycle in mesh bag. Do not wring. Hang to dry.
Knits: Hand wash cold, lay flat to dry. Reshape when wet. Do not hang.
Polyester: Machine wash warm, tumble low. Quick iron if needed. Resists shrinkage.
Embroidery: Turn inside out, gentle cold wash. Do not rub embroidery. Iron on reverse.
General: Check labels. Separate darks/lights. Use mild detergent. No chlorine bleach. Low heat drying preferred. Reshape wet garments. Store dry and folded (knits) or hung (woven). Treat stains promptly.
